Revising the format of the BCC Dropbox email address for SkyDesk CRM

Dear Customers,

Thank you for using SkyDesk CRM. We greatly appreciate your business.
We are in the process of revising the format of the BCC Dropbox email address. The new format will be effective from October 31st 2019.

The current email address is displayed in this format: ******@mails.crm.skydesk.jp.
We will update it to: ******_*****@mails.crm.skydesk.jp.

The users are requested to regenerate the BCC Dropbox email address before the mentioned date, to continue receiving the emails sent to the leads/contacts in their CRM account.

Those who have already regenerated the email address, please ignore this request.

To regenerate the BCC Dropbox email address,

  1. Go to Setup > Channels > Email > BCC Dropbox.
  2. Click Regenerate.
  3. This will update the address to the new format: ******_*****@mails.crm.skydesk.jp.
