Disabling New Creation of Auth Token in SkyDesk CRM [preannouncement]

Dear Customers,

Thank you for using SkyDesk CRM. We greatly appreciate your business.

Along with the end of support for SkyDesk CRM v1 API at 31 December, 2018, we will disable new creation of auth token for SkyDesk CRM as of 1 June, 2019.
The URLs to be disabled are:

  • https://accounts.skydesk.jp/apiauthtoken/create?SCOPE=SkyDeskCRM/crmapi
  • https://accounts.skydesk.jp/apiauthtoken/nb/create?SCOPE=SkyDeskCRM/crmapi&EMAIL_ID=[Username/EmailID]&PASSWORD=[Password]&DISPLAY_NAME=[ApplicationName]

The existing auth tokens will continue working.

If you still use the SkyDesk CRM v1 API, we greatly recommend to migrate to v2 API.
We will stop the support of SkyDesk CRM v1 API as of 31th December, 2019.
