SkyDesk CRM Update Information [update]

Dear customers,

Thank you for using SkyDesk CRM. We greatly appreciate your business.
As we announced previously, we updated SkyDesk CRM.

With this update, a function to link child campaigns to the data on the Campaign tab has been newly added.
Currently, autoresponders and follow-up messages created by SkyDesk Campaigns cannot be viewed from parent campaigns in SkyDesk CRM.
The above data can be viewed by updating SkyDesk Campaigns. When to update SkyDesk Campaigns is undecided.

  • Adding New Feature to Use Any User Related Items in the Link Settings.

Dear customers,

 Thank you for using SkyDesk CRM. We greatly appreciate your business.
We will provide several enhancements for SkyDesk CRM.
The details are as below:

 

1.  Adding New Categories to the Views  

The new 2 categories “PUBLIC VIEWS” and “OTHER USERS' VIEWS” will be added to the views as well as current 3 categories, “FAVORITES”, “CREATED BY ME”, and “SHARED WITH ME”.

  • SHARED WITH ME: This includes the views that the access permissions are set to “Selected users”
  • PUBLIC VIEWS: This includes the views that the access permissions are set to “All Users”
  • OTHER USERS' VIEWS: This includes the views that are created by any other user and also not matching with other categories (shown by using accounts with administrative permissions)

2. Changing the UI Style of Line Style Fields to Box Style

5. Changing the Entry Method for Currency Type Fields

 The calculated value will be shown by entering the formulas directly in the entry fields.

6. Other Enhancements

  • The feature to set any break hours within shift hours will be added
  • The feature to set any fields of the task as mandatory field in automation process will be added
  • The feature to insert any merge fields to the task using “#” in automation process will be added
  • The feature to filter any related lists for leads/contacts on the Campaigns Module will be added
  • The feature to update the status of members in bulk will be added by adding the feature of related lists on the Campaigns Module
  • The feature to filter using any data on related modules when adding leads/contacts on the Campaigns Module will be added
