Since SkyDesk CRM is deprecating their Version1(V1) API, we will be starting to support their Version2(V2) API on Deluge Integration Tasks.
You can refer to the below article for inromation on the new Deluge Tasks like syntax, response type etc... (Added Dec 26, 2018)

This update will be rolled out soon.

  1. No Changes are required to be done on the existing CRM Deluge integration tasks. All the current CRM deluge integration tasks will be updated on roll out and will work as before.
    However the syntax for the Old CRM Deluge tasks would be updated as below;
    Old CRM Deluge Task:
    resp = zoho.crm.getRecords("<ModuleName>");
    After Update:
    resp = zoho.crm.v1.getRecords("<ModuleName>");
  2. When you try to import DS Files that you exported/generated before this roll out, we would check the generated Date on import and update the Integration tasks to new CRM V1 API syntax(zoho.crm.v1.getRecords("<ModuleName>")).
