Past Maintenance and Issues

  • We had a scheduled maintenance for SkyDesk Support in below period;
    Maintenance Period: April 6th, 2016 (Wed.) 20:00 - April 7th, 2016 (Thu.) 6:00 (JST)
    Currently, Maintenance has already finished and Support is working fine.
  • We have experienced difficulty to access SkyDesk CRM from September 1, 6:37pm until 6:55pm (JST) and from September 2, 10:43am until 11:13am (JST).
    It is working fine without any issue. We are sorry about any inconvenience caused.
  • All the SkyDesk services has stopped at 11:42am on May 10th, 2015(JST).
    We have worked on making services available and all the services are backed up by 2:26pm on May 10th(JST).
    Delay of Email sending and receiving of SkyDesk Mail was resolved by 2:53am on May 11th(JST).
    We are sorry about any inconvenience caused.
  • SkyDesk Sheet (Spreadsheet of SkyDesk Docs) was temporarily unavailable from April 28th, 2015, 15:56 until 16:37 (JST). Now it has been working normally. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • SkyDesk CRM had been difficult to access from March 16th, 2015, 14:20 until 15:38 (JST).Now it has been working normally.We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • SkyDesk Cards iOS couldn't upload card images on iOS8.2 devices from March 10th,2015(JST) until 14:56 March 11th, 2015(JST). Now it has been working normally. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • SkyDesk Cards iOS cannot upload card images on iOS8.2 devices as of March 10th, 2015(JST). You should update iOS after SkyDesk Cards for iOS8.2 is ready.
  • SkyDesk CRM - SkyDesk Reports and SkyDesk Projects - SkyDesk Reports Integrations were temporarily unavailable due to SkyDesk Reports service update from June 26th, 2014, 23:00 to June 27th, 2014, 20:00. Now they are working normally.
