Currently, mail features in each SkyDesk services are unstalbed and get delayed.
We are working on this issue on top priority.
Impacted services are;
1. SkyDesk Mail: Send/Receive emails
2. SkyDesk CRM; Send/Receive emails in case you send a email without using "mass-" features.
3. SkyDesk Support: Creating ticket via email, send/recieve emails for each ticket
4. Some services which send a mail for a specific user.
Following services are working fine;
1. SkyDesk Campaigns' email campaigns
2. Send mass emails by selecting multiple users.
3. SkyDesk Support mail sending by using workflow.
