We have confirmed the issues are fixed and all mail's send/receive, IMAP features are working fine.
All the emails which sent in this down time period are also delivering now.

1. SkyDesk Mail: Send/Receive emails, IMAP
2. SkyDesk CRM; Send/Receive emails in case you send a email without using "mass-" features.
3. SkyDesk Support: Creating ticket via email, send/recieve emails for each ticket
4. Some services which send a mail for a specific user.
Following services are working fine;
1. SkyDesk Campaigns' email campaigns
2. Send mass emails by selecting multiple users.
