Dear SkyDesk CRM Customers,

 

 

Thank you for using SkyDesk services.

In SkyDesk CRM, we had several issues between 02:19 JST and 21:44 JST on May 23rd.  

Now it is working properly.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

  1. Create or use inventory templates - new inventory template cannot be created, and some existing templates cannot be viewed / used for PDF Export or Print Preview
  1. Send Email using templates - new mail template cannot be created, and some existing templates cannot be viewed / used for sending emails including bulk emails and workflow alerts
  1. Contacts/Leads detail view - some existing records cannot be viewed
